How do I track my order?
Once we have shipped your order you will receive a tracking number from us via e-mail.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
Always email us prior to returning an item. Once approved, we will provide you with the appropriate shipping address.
Do you provide International delivery and how long will it take for me to receive my order?
 

Yes, we offer free global shipping. Order processing time is approximately 1-3 business days. Standard shipping times vary anywhere from 7-21 days depending on the country of destination. Shipping to South America and Bermuda can take about 3 weeks.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
Items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only, provided that the customer has notified us of their intent to return within 7 days of initially receiving the item. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipping. Store credits cover the cost of the merchandise and do not include shipping. All orders cancelled prior to Calais shipping the order are subject to a 20% service and processing fee. Calais is not responsible for any delays due to the shipping service, customs or manufacturer's delays.
